My coaching style is centred around children's mental health, emotional wellbeing, and creating a life for your child that enables them to be the best version of themselves. To be able to feel accepted to be their most authentic neurodivergent self and to not just survive, but to thrive!

I am here to validate your lived experiences and feelings, a safe space to feel seen and heard. Together we can unpick any new, challenging, uncertain or tricky situations you find yourself in, so that you can move forward with confidence to be the parent you want and the parent that your child needs.

My role as a coach is to……

- Empower parents to advocate for their children's needs to be met in an education setting and around family/friends

- Equip parents to nurture their child’s self-esteem and create a positive neurodivergent identity

- Support parents to understand their children's sensory needs, and in doing so be more confident in knowing what regulation strategies work best for them

- Validate feelings and lived experiences and support families to feel more confident parenting their neurodivergent child

Collaborative Coaching for
Parents of Neurodivergent Children

1 to 1 Coaching

Coaching sessions are a chance to focus on your child and family as a whole, and any challenges you might be facing. A chance to share your feelings and experiences in a safe space and to explore your child’s understanding of the world they live in. Most of my coaching is with parents of neurodivergent children, but I am also able to support older children face-to-face if they would like direct support and someone to talk to.

All sessions are online via zoom and cost £75 for 60 mins.

I can offer some financial support for families in receipt of benefits, or those on a low income - please contact me to discuss.

I also offer £10 off the first session for anyone who has been to one of my workshops.

My coaching encompasses all my professional experience from working with neurodivergent children for over 20 years, merged with my personal and lived experiences as a parent to a neurodivergent child.

It is for those two reasons that I know the families I support are getting the very best of both my head and my heart.

My Approach

“I am so grateful! We didn’t know where to turn or what to do and then I stumbled upon Kate one evening whilst on Instagram, and I couldn’t be more grateful that we did!”

Jess, Hertfordshire

“It is true when they say you need a village to raise a child - but even more so for a neurodivergent child. Add Kate to your village…. I could not recommend her more”

Kate, Gloucestershire

“Speaking to Kate in coaching is invaluable, she is supportive, understanding and helps to give a clear direction so that we can take things one step at a time”

Ekbir, London

“School meetings, which can feel very daunting, were made considerably more manageable due to Kate’s profound knowledge, expertise and compassion”

Martha, Surrey
